Ctrl-V is not pasting, while Edit / Paste does.

It works fine in a notepad window. e.g. Copy while in ISN, paste in notepad works, not in ISN.

How to fix?

This is a currently known issue.
The hotkey system will be completely replaced with a new one in the next update.
