Just spotted the latest update, looking forward to the digitally signed update and changes to reduce antivirus false positives.
When I try to download the .zip distribution, Chrome on Windows marks the download as 'Failed - Forbidden'
'More information' says: 'This error means you don't have permission to download this file from the server.'

Hmm..can not comfirm this. It works at my test systems with all browsers (edge, firefox, chrome, IE)
Have you tried the updater in the ISN itselfe?

The download is being blocked by my companies VPN.

Attempting to download from a non-VPN connection on another computer with Edge provided this message:

'ISN_AUTOIT_STUDIO_V_1_10_COMPILED.zip is unsafe and was blocked by Windows Defender SmartScreen.'

I was able to download by temporarily bypassing Windows Defender SmartScreen and ran a (McAfee) virus scan which reported:

Name: ISN_cmd.exe
In Folder: C:\TEMP\isn\ISN_AUTOIT_STUDIO_V_1_10_COMPILED.zip
Detected as: Artemis!66B442F2A441
Detection Type: Trojan

Sadly there is not much i can do about that. Please report the files to your AV-Company for whitelisting them.

ISI360 is right, as an example "at the company" I'm working for (that uses Symantec AV) we have our fare share of false positives (on our own code), and Symantec takes ages (yes months) to reply, and sometimes they just give us the "silent" treatment.

Luckily Symantec didn't report anything unusual regarding "AutoItStudio 1.10" . So I'm fine.
So you either white list (usually companies allow it if well explained why), or just install it on a computer free of all company policies. Or just run it on a VM inside the company computer

@ISI360: Outstanding work on this wonderful piece of software (making AutoIT experience even better).
I can't even imagine the countless hours you spent on it. Continue the great work so far.
I will be doing a donation very soon (you do deserve it).

PS: I stumble (had knowledge) a few days ago (on AutoIt https://www.autoitscript.com/forum/topi ... n-control/ thanks to user "Starf0x"), because I needed to integrate "GIT" as simple as possible with AutoIT code. I know AutoIT Studio supports SVN, but what about GIT? Are you considering it, in a near future?

About git: Is currently not on my ToDo-List (cause time). But maybe you can tweak a little bit with other tools. (Git has an windows client i think. Maybe you can do something with it..and control some stuff from the ISN with macros?)
