Ctrl-V is not pasting, while Edit / Paste does.

It works fine in a notepad window. e.g. Copy while in ISN, paste in notepad works, not in ISN.

How to fix?

When I arrow down, rather than the window scrolling, it jumps up then continues arrowing down.

How to make the code window scroll, not jump?
